Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Yeah, so this is one of the issues described in the Help FAQ - you had set BOTH Riley's Username and Email Address to your email address with the "2" added at the end. So the emails meant for her were going to an address that didn't actually exist. I changed it so the email address is correct now - same as the one for you that Kyle Reese's message went to. But you should have gotten an email verification at that inbox now and you need to click and verify that address before the change will take. Then after than you can try adding John and Sarah Conner again as leads, following those same steps, 102-111 and 120-127 and you'll get the emails then.
The reasons for that and the fixes are shown in the Help FAQ. Have you already tried looking there?
