Yeah that sounds pretty messed up. Computers are super picky so you have to really take your time and read & follow all the steps carefully to avoid running into mess-ups that will take way longer to fix in the end.

Anyway, I think you're right that it's best to uninstall Max's Pitch Package at this point and then try again. Here's the instructions for that:

To uninstall Max’s Pitch Package:

Go to Setup

Then, on the lefthand menu, go to Apps > Packaging > Installed Packages

In the middle, next to Max's Pitch Package, click Uninstall

Then on the page that appears, scroll down and click "Do not save ..." and then in the popup click Ok

Then check "Yes, I want to uninstall..."

Then click the Uninstall button below

Soon you'll get an email from SF saying you uninstalled and when you reload the Installed Packages page, Max's Pitch Package will be gone.

Then you can start Lab 1b at Step 5 and go from there but email me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com for a promo code you can use so you won’t have to pay to install this time, ok?

You can uninstall Max's Pitch Package and then email me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com and I'll send you a promo code so you can install again without paying a second time, np.

Your screecap is showing a list of your reports (one of them is created by and used by the grader app). The other on you created (Avg Amount...). If you want to edit a report, you need to click on its name to open it up and then you can edit it.
