Lab 1b

Hello I am having a hard time finding my lab from 1A. I know that I did not have it completed properly, as I am having a hard time. Should I start the inital lab over to complete this lab properly?

I had issues downloading the Software.

1. I went to http://tiny.cc/maxnrocky to download the software

2. I paid for the software

3. I then clicked install

4. I was taken to a sign-in page and signed in with my username and password

5. It then took me back to Salesforce, but seemingly nothing had happened I was just back to the home page on Salesforce. I am unsure what I should do next?

How can I restart Lab 1b? I followed all the steps, click on Developer console, refresh, etc, and it keeps showing 0 overall. I cannot see my errors. I don't want to waste more time trying to refresh and see what's wrong when Maxzgrade is not even showing me the error. Can someone please help?

I used a promo code for Lab 1b and received a Registration ID (vfY3o9hzfJjh), but the installation process never started. My promo code says it has been "redeemed," yet I was never redirected to Salesforce to install the package. There is no login button or installation link on the shop page (http://tiny.cc/maxnrocky), and my confirmation email contains no link to install anything. When I check my Salesforce "Installed Packages," I only see the Max Labs Grader from Lab 1a – the Lab 1b Pitch package is missing entirely. I need the direct Salesforce installation link for Lab 1b so I can complete my assignment.
