when i finished lab 1B it told me i should reach out to max labas to create a new account and to be able to get code to not have to pay the 19.99 again. It showed i recived 85% score and said to redo the entire maxlab or i would get low scores for the rest of every lab. where do i reach out to?
I cant get any score and when i try to restore the lab 1a pitch object, i cant seem to get across point 5 (In the central panel that appears, click on Deleted Objects). I cant find deleted objects under object. Can someone please tell me how to make this work. This is frustrating.

I am a student and for my class I have to complete Max Labs. As I am working on 1b I have to purchase the Pitch Package. After I paid and clicked install. The page says “Insufficient Privileges”. I attached an image of that. I even got an email confirmation for my payment. In the instructions for the lab it says after installing it I am
supposed to see “ Install Max’s Pitch Package” back in SF tab. But I can’t see that either.
My lab is due tomorrow so can you please help me with this issue?
