Hi,
I am unable to access the emails and I have changed my school email to my personal email and I am still unable to receive them. When I pulg my work into the grader this is what I get. How can I fix this issue? I am on step 129.

On these steps, it is not showing my "Bay Area Location" and the "Investment Potential" drop downs when I try to add a new lead. I filled out the leads right and have both of them in my custom leads from the earlier steps. For some reason they just aren't popping up in this new lead area.

I ran the sales force through Max Labs and it passed checkpoint 1-3 but haven't received any emails and I'm currently stuck on 153 because under upcoming and overdue there are no activities to show.

Sounds like you need to restart at Step 130 - that's where you are creating the task to go on the Kyle lead. Maybe you forgot to click Save in Step 139 last time. Just make sure you do it this time and then it will show up as a task there in Kyle's Activity tab.
Ok, so that issue is covered extensively in the Help FAQ which is linked on the cover page. Have you checked that carefully first and followed it's suggestions?

1. Log in and click on the round character icon (upper right corner) and click Settings
2. On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
