Subject: Unable to Log In to My Salesforce Account

I am experiencing a problem logging into my Salesforce account.

As shown in the first screenshot,

I receive an error asking me to check my username and password. However, both are correct. My login credentials are saved by my computer, and I have verified them several times. I have never changed my username or password since creating the account.

In screenshots 2 and 3,

Cant send the email

Try going to Setup > Users > Users and find yourself in the list and click on it and by the email address there should be a verify button you can click and then SF will send an email to that address with a link to click to verify.

Also do the same for Riley as a user.

Then try the email above.

Let me know, ok?

Account Frozen, access revoked

Hello, I had an issue where due to my device having a VPN on in the background, when trying to log onto Max Grader after finishing the steps for 3A, Salesforce automatically blocked my account for further activity.

Is there a way I can get my access back?

Yes, sorry about that. This is a new issue that just started in the last 2 weeks with Salesforce for some reason.

We have had success with students who ran into this calling Salesforce support and getting the account unfrozen. Please try calling 1-800-667-6389 and then choose the option for Support then choose New Case. Then just tell them you have a Developer Edition account. You can explain you're just using that free account for your homework at school learning Salesforce so there's no security issue anyway. Since there's no administrator for these accounts, the support people are the ones who have to unfreeze it.

It should work bu let me know, ok?

Step 158

I’m currently stuck on Step 158 because Salesforce keeps saying the email was successfully sent, but no email is actually being received.

So far I’ve already tried:

  • Setting Deliverability to “All Email”

  • Verifying my email address

  • Changing recipient emails

  • Checking spam/junk folders

My issue was it cannot be a school email. I had to change the email to a personal one because my university was marking it was spam.
