Step 37 error
How come when I type in Valducci and show more results, nothing pops up? All my screen says is "No results for "Valducci"

Step 7-8, 20
after my import it says that all my meetings failed and that they couldn't be imported due to errors. on the faq page it says that it might be because my pitches arent number 000-009 but they are.
i was thinking it may be because of the P-012 pitches but those were from lab2a so i dont know why they would cause this issue.
also, on step 7 and 8, it says that when i open the 'meetings' tab it should be empty, but i see all the meeting records from previous labs in it

Ok, well there should only be 3 Meeting records from Lab 2a until you import the 10 additional ones in Lab 2b. So it looks to me like you imported those successfully already. Not sure why you're trying to import them again?

I know it has to do with Steps 65-73 of Lab 2a, but I don't know how to fix it, so Meetings is properly connected to Pitch.

Stuck on Step 127
For this step it days to Type “Julia” in the Contact Name slot & then Julia Chavez should pop up underneath–just click to select her, but if not, click on Show More Results for “Julia” & select her name from the results.
When I search up Juila nothing shows up. Therefore I cant complete this step.

Are you sure you added her already and spelled her name correctly? If so, then do these three steps so I can access your account and check it out. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
1. Log in and click on the round character icon (upper right corner) and click Settings
2. On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save

Are you sure you have Valducci in there as a Contact and it's spelled correctly?
