How come when I type in Valducci and show more results, nothing pops up? All my screen says is "No results for "Valducci"
Are you sure you have Valducci in there as a Contact and it's spelled correctly?
If so and it's still not working, then olease do these 3 steps so I can access your account and take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
1. Log in and click on the round character icon (upper right corner) and click Settings
2. On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
