2 Tabs/Icons got deleted by mistake in the object manager BOTH THE MEETING ONES. How can they be restored. Also I would like to start this lab from scratch with the same account. But there are some problems with it. As I missed a few parts in it towards the end and it got messed up. I wanted 7 mapped fields and 0 unmapped fields but it was showing 3 mapped 4 unmapped dont know how to fix it.

The meeting tab and meeting attendance is no more on my SF. It usually comes next to pitches but it does not show it anymore and in this next screenshot the meetings is not showing. How can both be restored after they got deleted

Step 37-38 Valducci Error Result

I followed the directions up until Step 37, as I received a "No results for 'Valducci'" after trying to create a "New Meeting" from the meetings drop-down menu.

I'm unsure about how to move forward as Step 38's directions need the results of the Valducci advanced search for me to continue.

Ok, I checked your account. For whatever reason, you deleted all your Pitch records you had imported in Lab 1b. Not sure why you would do that. Anyway, that was the problem because the incoming Meeting records each look for their matching Pitch record and when they can't find them, they fail to import.


I undeleted your Pitch records and then imported the Meeting records which then worked perfectly/instangly.


Note that I replied to your posting and solved your issue within 6 hours of you letting me know you had done the steps as I had asked 5 days ago. I will alert your instructor accordingly now.

Failed to Import (2b)

Everytime it shows me Records Processed -10 then records Failed_10.

Hard to tell from your screencaps but are you sure you're not skipping Step 12 (which was NOT in the previous steps for importing Pitch records in Lab 1b). The step is how Salesforce matches the incoming Meeting records (via their Pitch ID values) to the Pitch IDs of the exisiting Pitch records. The error messages you're showing look like that's at the heart of the problem.


If you still can't get it to work, then do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?


  1. Log in and click on the round character icon (upper right corner) and click Settings

  2. On the left, under My Personal  Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that

• 3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
