Hello,

I am currently stuck on step 101, and when I click the magnify glass the "auto-response template for incoming web leads for me" doesn't show up as an option.

Yeah, I think that's addressed in the Help FAQ here at MaxzPlace. My best guess is that, when you made that template, you missed the step to check the checkbox that makes it Active & available.


If you can't figure it out, then do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?


  1. Log in and click on the round character icon (upper right corner) and click Settings

  2. On the left, under My Personal  Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that

• 3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save

Hello, so my flow keeps sending me an error message of how it didnt upload the record. i went over to the help forum page tried every single browder google, microsfot edge, brave browser even turning off some  browser extensions like honey, zoom, etc. Still doesn't work.


What's the issue for this?

I am on part 101 where it wants you to put your name and email. I have used every email under the sun including my sales force one because thats what it told me and nothing works. So I can move on to the next step.

What error is it telling you? The email address in your SF account should work unless maybe you never verified it or something? Try again and take a screencap so I can see the error message, ok?

Lab 3b -redo step 34-71

Hello,


I completed steps 34 to 71 three days ago, then took a break before returning to the lab today. While working through the steps again, I encountered an issue at step 120, when I selected “Today’s Lead,” no data appeared.


I attempted to redo steps 34 to 71. However, at step 65, I received an error message stating that the entry already exists, even though it doesn’t show up in the “Today’s Lead” section.

Yeah so the leads you created before are still in there but they don’t show up in Today’s Leads because you didn’t create them today. So you can see them by selecting All Leads and they will be there mixed in with the sample leads that Salesforce accounts come with already for practice. But you should see yours there too in the list.
