Lab 3b Step 22-24

I accidentally logged myself out when I was supposed to reset Riley's password but instead reset everything and now I am not receiving an email to reset it and this happened a week ago. Does anyone know what to do?

Lab 3b step 52 and 55 values not working

i copied and pasted the code but coudlnt get them to fill like they where supposed too

For both of you, it's possible you aren't doing Step 38 or not getting it right. You have to make sure that the flow is set to use LEAD records as the triggering records so then, in the later steps, the references you are copying & pasting are recognized because they are references to values on a lead record.

Lab 3b Step 56-63

I need help in creating the "New Resource" when trying to complete step 60. When I Click on "+New Resource", I get the popup box shown in the second image. When I click cancel, done, or the X for that popup window, it gives me the error message shown in image 3. When I try to follow the popup box's instructions on saving the flow and refreshing the page, I then get the pop up box with the message show in the fourth image. I would appreciate your help as I have tried going through steps 35-55 several times now with no change. Thanks in advance.
