I have an issue where the 3rd meeting is coming in p13 instead of p12.

I tried a few steps and it is not working. Would be great if I can do checkpoint 3 again. I tried to do that though but it is breaking somwhere where it is not coming in p12 and I can see the data of p12 in p 13. Please help. Thanks :)


This the error i ma getting in the grader - Can't find an existing Meeting record that looks like the one at the top of the Meetings list in the screencap below Step 113 with the given values correctly filled in (Meeting Date = 10/7/2019, Comments = "She thinks it’s worth considering at the $600,000 level(yay) for 30% equity, but she wants to see some more work on the revenue model.", Enthusiasm = 2 and the fields that don't show up in the screencap: Contact Name = "Julia Chavez", Mobile = "(510)…

Ok, so I accessed your account and I see that you indeed have your Spray & Pray Pitch record ID as P-013 instead of 12 but that is ok. That won't affect anything. The grader will still find it and give full points for it.


The error messages you're getting are about the Meeting records that will go with Pitch P-013 when you add them. But you haven't added them yet so the grader is just telling you that it can't find them. It's ok. You haven't gotten that far yet.


You can pick up where you left off and just add the Meeting records to P-013, your Spray & Pray pitch record and all will be well.

Ok, please do these 3 steps so I can access your account and take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?


    1. Log in and click on the round character icon (upper right corner) and click Settings

    2. On the left, under My Personal  Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that

    3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save


Then I will need your Salesforce Org ID so I can find your account:


  1. Click the little gear at the top right and then select Setup.

  2. On the lefthand menu go to Company Settings and under that, click Company Information. 

• 6. In the middle panel, look down in the right column for your Salesforce.com Organization ID and copy/paste that long string of numbers & letters and email it to me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com

I cannot find "Pitch"

I logged on to continue my Lab assignments, and step number 2 is to find "pitch". When I scroll down to try and find my "pitch" it is not there. My Professor is not sure what to do.

Is there any solution to this other than starting over again? I have gotten 100% on all the previous labs and have had no issues so I am just confused where things went wrong. I logged on, tried to start the assignment, and couldn't because I can't find pitch.

I really appreciate any help or guidance I can get on this issue. It is stressing me out!

I have attached a screenshot of my screen showing that pitch is not an option for me.

Also my previous lab certifications of 100%

Steps 90-113

I am getting a message every time I grade my lab that I did not properly enter the information for the Meetings. It is scoring me 35/55 pts for this section. But I have double and triple checked the information and can't find anything wrong.
