how do I make my setup look like this one so I can grade it
Salesforce inactivated the Developer Console for everyone recently but it's easy to reactivate it:
Click the Setup gear icon on the upper right and select Setup from the drop-down
In the Quick Find box on the left, type Web Console
Locate the Enable Developer Console setting
Toggle the setting to Active
Reload the page - then it will show up.
