Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:

Well, to get that new lead record to show up on that screen of Today's Leads, you need to copy/paste that long line from the instructions:
https://webto.salesforce.com/servlet/servlet.WebToLead?encoding=UTF-8"method="POST"&oid=00D4P000000yb1T
but then you need to change the "00DFP000000yb1T" to the OID for your account and then you need to add "&first_name=Naruz" at the end and then hit Enter. Then you should get the lead to show up in Today's Leads.

hello so i get he problem so when i do steps 99-106 i dont get the image i am suppose to see
mine name with a file but it comes up empty on leads when i click on leads
No those are the only helpdesk hours but if you do these 3 steps I'll access your account and let you know. But first you have to tell me what the problem is because it looks fine in your screencap. I don't understand when you just say you need help:
Click on the character at the upper right corner and then, in the popup, click “Settings”
On the left vertical menu, click on “Grant Account Login Access”
On the row for The Max Labs Project, use the menu to change “—No Access—“ to “1-Month…”
