I am nearly done with this lab however it seams like something went wrong. The email to ask about calling is not popping up.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.
Make sure you post in the right category below & be sure to include a screencap showing the issue!
Ok, so you posted this in the Lab 3a forum but it looks like you're working on 3b. And it looks like there's something wrong with the Workflow you created. Most likely you got something wrong in the rules (Steps 34-47). Or you forgot to activate the rule you made in Step 57.
You can go back to edit the rule and fix anything that's not what is given in 34-47. And/or you can go back and activate it now (Step 57) if it's not showing as Active.
Then you can delete the lead, Miles Dyson, and add him again to see if it works at that point.
If that doesn't work, then do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save

I went back to step 57 and 34-47 and I can't seem to find the mistake.
You got this to work, right? I accessed your account and can see the Kyle Reese lead looks correct at this point.
