in step 2 , it said we need click the " New" button, however is it not working when I click it, or other "New" buttons on the same page.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Yeah, it's definitely not a problem with your account because your account works fine for me. It has to be a browser issue - probably in preferences, the security settings. But it's ok. I took the screencap for you on my computer. Email me at email@example.com and I will reply with an attachment for you.
Oh! Strange. I have never seen this before. Normally the bar at the top is still there, even in Schema Builder.
Try closing the Schema Builder (click Close) and then reopen it and see if that helps.
If not, try zooming out your browser so more fits on the screen and see if that helps.

Ok, it worked fine for me so I think this is definitely a browser issue for you. I went ahead and did Steps 1-5 for you so you can start at Step 6 now but you may run into other issues later for the same reason. I believe it's a security/privacy setting that is blocking SF from doing what it wants to. You might want to take a look at this alert about how the settings should be set for using SF:

If so, what happens when you click New? Is there an error message or just nothing?
If you do these steps, I can check your account:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
Then I will need your Salesforce Org ID so I can find your account:
Click the little gear at the top right and then select Setup.
On the lefthand menu go to Company Settings and under that, click Company Information.
In the middle panel, look down in the left column for Salesforce.com Organization ID and copy/paste that long string of numbers & letters and post it to me.
