I am having trouble importing the csv file. I have tried many times and the email I get keeps telling me "Meetings Failed: 10"

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make it worse. There's a 95% chance the same snag/fix is listed & answered in the Help FAQ. But if you can't find it there, post your problem here.

Ok, do these 3 steps so I can access your account and see what's going on. Let me know when you've completed them. I won't do anything until I hear that they're done, ok?
1. Log in and click on you name (upper right) and click My Settings
2. Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 Year and click Save
