Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Well, if you imported the records multiple times, then that might lead to problems, yes. But deleting the log of bulk data loads doesn't help things.
If you didn't wind up with 10 Pitch records, with IDs running from P-000 to P-009, then there will be some problems and the best way to deal with that is to create a brand new fresh Salesforce account and just start over at Step 5 of Lab 1b. (You don't need to redo Lab 1a). And I can give you a promo code so you don't have to pay again. Just email me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com.
Or if you want me to check your account to see if it's ok or not, then do these 3 steps and let me know when you've finished them:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
And let me know what name your SF account is under so I can look it up and check it out and let you know, ok?
Well, you don't need to mess with any of that normally. Have you run into some snag in the instructions?
