Hello, I am facing major problems with my Max Labs because I failed to delete the first copy of pitches in 1b, I now have 2 pitches tabs and every time I import data it does not show up. I have tried to delete the original pitches tab but it will not let me, screen shots are below. What is the best thing for me to do now?

Yeah, it's important to follow each and every step but it's good you caught this now and you can still fix it before it causes any real problems. Just go to Setup and then click the Object Manager tab and then scroll down to find the two Pitch objects in the list. You want to delete the one that shows "Pitch__c" in the 2nd column. Do NOT delete the one that shows "Maxz__Pitch__c" - that's the one from Max'x Pitch Package that you need. The extra tab should disappear when you delete that Pitch object you don't need, but if not, let me know, ok?
Depending on where you were when you realized this, you might have made some settings to the old Pitch object that you are now deleting so you may need to redo some of those for the remaining one if you notice there are things missing or not working. Let me know.

I have tried to delete the one that shows "Pitch__C", but it does not allow me every time I try. This is the screen that appears every time I try to delete.
Ok, yeah, I see. So some of the steps you've done already have used the old Pitch object so we have to undo those first, the delete and redo. One option would be to just start over with a new SF account you could skip 1a and just start at Step 5 of 1b and I could give you a promo code so you wouldn't have to pay again. If you want to do that, email me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com. If you want to stick with your current account, then you can give me access to it and I can try to get everything undone and delete the old Pitch so you can go forward. Let me know, ok?
