I've done all the steps, but neither does the mobile app, or the link to the grader app let me login to my salesforce. All my login credentials are correct because I was able to login and do all the work. Please help me, thank you! my username is maryam@vogue.com

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Yeah, sorry, I think that was a temporary glitch on Salesforce's end. I was just helping another student with the same problem and we were both stuck and then it just started working again. Hopefully, it's working for you too now. Let me know, ok?
