Yeah, so as the Meeting records are being imported, each one has to find it's matching Pitch record that it goes with. If it can't find a match, then that record fails to be imported. So my guess is that you're missing one of the 10 Pitch records that were imported in Lab 1b. Then one of these Meeting records can't find it's match and fails to import.
Now that you've tried a bunch of time, you have a bunch of duplicate Meeting records - like 36 total, instead of 10 like you're supposed to have. But you're missing that one that failed and it's matching Pitch record, apparently.
It's hard to try to fix all that so that you can just go on with 2b. At this point, it's probably easier to get a brand new SF account and then just do the steps needed to be ready to start 2b "fresh". Here are instructions for getting a new account and catching up to start 2b as quickly as possible:
