Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Hi. I am tyring to edit my lab 1b step 140. It looks like i have added this column but it is not refreshing on my grader after I have attempted multiple times. Could you tell me what the problem may be.
Hi again, I am trying to fix the steps 65-67 on lab 1b. I think I have followed the steps it has given me but it still will not show up as complted.
Well the grader app for these labs isn't a phone app. It's a Salesforce app that you install into your Salesforce account in the cloud. The cover page of every labs provides the link to the grader info page where you'll find instructions on how to use it and a link to install it. There are also videos that show exactly how to install it, locate it in your Salesforce account and use it to grade your work and view your scores. So find the link on the cover page, go to the grader info page and follow the instructions, ok?
Now another important point from the cover page is that you have to grade each lab before starting the next one because in some labs, you are deleting and/or changing the stuff you did in the previous lab so the grader can't see the original work. In your case, it sounds like you did Lab 1b before grading Lab 1a so, if you were following the instructions of 1b carefully, then you deleted all your work from 1a and the grader can no longer see it and will give you a zero. This is why we put the warnings about that in bold, all caps red font on both the cover page and the trailer page of every lab. Fortunately, you can still recover your 1a work, grade it, and delete it again as long as it hasn't been more than 15 days since you deleted it by doing 1b. Here are the instructions on how to do that:
https://www.maxzplace.com/instructions/how-to-undelete-your-old-pitch-object-from-lab-1a-so-it-can-be-(re-)scored
Computers are super-picky so you are going to want to take the time to read the instructions, including the cover pages, very carefully so you don't wind up making mistakes that will take way longer to fix in the end.
From your screencap, I can see that you messed up the last report you did in Lab 1b because your gauge is showing only $10 of expected value which obviously isn't correct - that's why your gauge doen't look like the one shown in the instructions. So you're going to want to delete that report and recreate it, following the steps carefully this time to make sure you get it right and can get all the points, ok?
