Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Hi, I am on step 44 and when I go to add fields to display, none of the fields listed in the instructions packet are showing. I don't see "Address" or "Closeability" or any of the other fields in the left hand side for me to move over to the right.
Also, when I went to start the Import in step 33, only 10 out of the 12 fields were mapped.
I've attached a screenshot of my issue in step 44, any help is greatly appreciated!

Hello Dr. Tim, I have granted account access for one month. I followed the steps to first delete the old Pitch and then import the new one after paying the $20 for it. It seems like the old pitch is still there?
Should I delete the current Pitch and start from step 1?
For now I can tell you that the Pitch object you imported into is definitely not the one that is supposed to be added when you install Max's Pitch Package in the early steps of 1b. It has all those matching fields (and you can't delete them). Did you install Max's Pitch Package? If not, you won't be able to do those 3 steps I gave you in my earlier post and I won't be able to access your account.
The first steps of 1b are to delete the old Pitch object you made in Lab 1a. Then you install Max's Pitch Package and it puts in a new Pitch object that you use from now on.
If you've already got your grade for 1a, you should delete your old Pitch object and install Max's Pitch Package and then do the import and it will work, ok?
