After i logout, for some reason i don't get the users login information in my email. Did i do anything wrong.
Well, looking at your screencap - Riley's username can be anything that LOOKs like an email address so what you have there is fine. But her email address has to be a working email - the one you will look into for her messages. So if lamoy@yourcompany.com is a real email address you can check, then that's where the message should be. But if it's not, then you need to edit Riley's info and set her email address to one that works and that you can check.
