Acutally it did work. I just logged into your account and saw the leads you added - one with "Syod" and one with "Syoyd". I guess you tried twice.
The screen in your browser that you're screencapping is supposed to just be blank after you enter the command. Note this in the instructions say:
"The page will just go blank but you just added a Lead record to your SF org by issuing your own API request directly to SF’s little “webtolead” servlet, somewhere in their massive Web cloud."
So to see that it worked, you got to your Leads tab and pull down the listview menu and choose Today's Leads and you'll see them.
