I filled out the form. The thank you message never played but I did receive the both emails. However Miles Dyson does not show up after I have refreshed many times. Please help

Ok, I got in and took a look. Miles Dyson was there in the list of all leads. I think you must have only been looking in the Recent Leads list which only show the ones that have been viewed or opened recently. When you just add him, he wouldn't show up in that list. You would need to look at Today's Leads the same day as adding him. Anyway, since I've viewed him now while being logged in as you, he'll show up to you when you look at Recent Leads. You're good to go.
The problem with the Thank You page is that there is an extra space in the middle of the URL that you copied & pasted from the instructions. No big deal. Doesn't affect anything else. All good.
