AND then why i try and Type or copy and paste Whold it doesnt let me move on to value. Nothing is working.

Ok, Amanda. Please try using this updated version. Note that the tabbing isn't included anymore - you just click on the popups after you paste values in and then click straight onto the next slot to fill in. Also, the field names have changed so Who Id isn't used anymore as. you'll see in the updated instructions.
