when I enter the whold into the field it say enter a valid value and the value does nit enter when I press tab how do I fix this.

when I enter the whold into the field it say enter a valid value and the value does nit enter when I press tab how do I fix this.
Sometimes the interface gets a little confused. Try just clearing out that whole slot and then copy/pasting in the value again and see if you can get it to work that way, ok? Sometimes it takes some fiddling around to get it to recognize the right value.
