Ok, I accessed your account and found you had incorrectly set one of the field-value pairs in your flow. So on Step 65 where it says to make sure yours looks EXACTLY like the one below, you did not notice that yours did NOT look like that - you had the same value for Name ID and Assigned ID. I corrected the one for Assigned ID and now the error is cleared in the grader.
The two remaining errors were because the bad flow was blocking what you were doing to add the lead by API and to add Miles Dyson using the form. Now that I corrected your Flow for you, you can redo those API steps and they will work if you do them correctly. Also, you can fill out the form and Submit and it will add Miles Dyson now.
Then regrade and you'll get 100%.
