Yeah, this is a recently discovered bug for Salesforce on Safari. It occured when you clicked Save in Step 56, right? I believe the rule actually got saved anyway so I think you can just continue but check to make sure it is there. If you don't think you can do that you can give me access to your account and I can check for you if you do these 3 steps and let me know when they're done:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
