Well, to actually redo it, you would have to get a brand new SF account and then redo 3a first. If you want to do that, email me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com and I'll send you a promo code so you don't have to pay again to install Max's Pitch Package.
But I might be able to help you fix up what you already have if you want to do these 3 steps so I can access your account:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
If you do those, let me know when you've done them and I can take a look, ok?
