This step states, "Under How to Set the Record Fields, select Use separate resources, and literal values". I do not have this option. I provided a screencap of what my screen looks like. This is the pop-up I receive when I click Create Records.

It sounds like you're using a super-old version of Lab 3b. The instructions have changed since Salesforce changed stuff. Here's the link to the current version of Lab 3b:
