Not getting website to pop up
I'm on a windows 8 operating system but when I try to open the file (step 144) I just have an HTML link. I've tried this twice and made sure to follow the directions precisely but it still doesn't work.

Well what you copied in Step 118 and then pasted into your file should look like all that stuff in the screncap under Step 118 - a bunch of HTML code. Is that what you're seeing when you paste into that file you're making?
If not, then you can just redo Steps 103-112 to regenerate that code and copy it again to paste in.
If it is pasting in as a bunch of code into the file you're making and you're saving it with that in there, then if it's still not working you must not be saving it as an html file.
