Lab 3b (did not save my work)

I've made an error in step 66 and on. So basically, I didn't save my work on step 67 and when I came back the next day everything refreshed. So I think that I made a new record accidentally and saved it. So when I wanted to activate in step 70 it said I had errors. But now I have refreshed again so I'm on my home page and I'm completely lost where to go now. Please help me out.
