Hi, I have tried completing Lab 3b multiple times and every single time I do step 132 I get an email saying "an error occurred" I've gotten this email 20 times. I've followed all the steps carefully and multiple times, therefore I don't know why this is happening or how to fix it.

Yeah, that is due to having a mistake in the settings you put in your Flow. When the instructions said to make sure all your settings looked exactly like what it showed in the screencap, you must have not noticed that there was something different in yours. You can go back and edit your flow and try to correct the mistake and if you do, then it will work. If you try and you still can't get the settings correct, then, do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the round character icon (upper right corner) and click Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
• 3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
