Hello, for max lab 3b the email portion shown in the screenshot has not been working for me. I cannot receive the email after multiple attempts.
Ok then you probably have an invalid email address that you set for Riley back in 3a or it’s set to one that is now where you are checking for messages. So go to Setup > Users > Users and click on Riley and Edit and change the email address to one that is real and you can check for messages. Then Save and it will send a verification code to that new address and after you verify it you can go from there.
