I am trying to do the link to where it sends and email but every time I try it says failed and then says ID is incorrect type.
Yeah, that happens when one of those Flow fields got messed up when you created it. To fix, it's easier just to delete the whole Flow and just redo those steps (35-71) to make it again, being sure to get each field just right this time. It's a little tricky to delete it though - use the instructions on this page.
