Well, when you did Steps 103-112, it should have produced a block of HTML code. You can redo those steps now if you lost that block of HTML from earlier.
Then in 113, you copy that link/URL above the step and paste it into the address bar of a tab in your browser like you were going to that page but don't hit Enter - it's not finished yet. In 114 you have to go back to that block of HTML and copy some of the code as it tells you - just the ID number for your account (your "org").
Just keep going from there, reading and following the steps and you should be fine.
