Trouble with step 43 and surrounding steps
Step 43 does not give me the option "How to Set the Record Fields, select Use separate resources, and literal values". This then, I believe, prevents me from correctly completing the following steps as I have run into an issue with steps that come after 43. I have attached an image.

You missed or messed up Step 38. You have to choose LEAD as the type of record that will trigger this flow when one gets added. I can see in your diagram at the top that it doesn't show "Object: Lead" like the one in the instructions. Abandon the flow you're on and start a new one and be sure to follow the instructions carefully and it will be fine.
