Oh, that. It's not due to starting 3b before grading 3a. It's a Flow error. You messed something up when you created your Flow in 3b so the grader is crashing when it tried to add a test lead. You'll get the same problem grading 3b.
When you were at Step 65 in 3b, and it said to make certain everything in your Flow matched the screencap or else cancel and go back to 39 you must have not noticed something was different. Now you'll need to delete the Flow and remake it but it's kind of a pain. That's why we have that Step 65 in there to make sure it's right before you save it.
Anyway, here's the instructions on deleting your Flow and remaking it:
Do that and then try grading 3a again and the error shoud be gone as long as you did everything right, ok?
