Can not access the emails - step 129
Hi,
I am unable to access the emails and I have changed my school email to my personal email and I am still unable to receive them. When I pulg my work into the grader this is what I get. How can I fix this issue? I am on step 129.







Ok, so that issue is covered extensively in the Help FAQ which is linked on the cover page. Have you checked that carefully first and followed it's suggestions?
If so and you still can't figure it out, then do do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
1. Log in and click on the round character icon (upper right corner) and click Settings
2. On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
