Can not access the emails - step 129

Hi,

I am unable to access the emails and I have changed my school email to my personal email and I am still unable to receive them. When I pulg my work into the grader this is what I get. How can I fix this issue? I am on step 129.

Ok, so that issue is covered extensively in the Help FAQ which is linked on the cover page. Have you checked that carefully first and followed it's suggestions?


If so and you still can't figure it out, then do do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?


1. Log in and click on the round character icon (upper right corner) and click Settings

2. On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that

3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save

Step 102-110

On these steps, it is not showing my "Bay Area Location" and the "Investment Potential" drop downs when I try to add a new lead. I filled out the leads right and have both of them in my custom leads from the earlier steps. For some reason they just aren't popping up in this new lead area.

Step 149-153

I ran the sales force through Max Labs and it passed checkpoint 1-3 but haven't received any emails and I'm currently stuck on 153 because under upcoming and overdue there are no activities to show.

Sounds like you need to restart at Step 130 - that's where you are creating the task to go on the Kyle lead. Maybe you forgot to click Save in Step 139 last time. Just make sure you do it this time and then it will show up as a task there in Kyle's Activity tab.

Step 85

I can't see the alert on the pop up window to select "alert Riley about a new Bay Area lead. Please let me know if there is something I'm doing wrong and why I can't see that option.

So what you’re looking for is a template that you should have created in the previous steps that is named “alert…”. Super helpful to read the parts between the steps where Max explains what you are doing and why.


Anyway, you probably did create the templates but missed the step to make the template Active, by checking that checkbox. Then the template exists but doesn’t show up in the list to choose.


You have to go back and edit the template and check the Active checkbox on it and then it will appear in that list.


Review the steps about creating the template for how to find it and edit it. It’s not hard if you take the time to read and understand what you’re doing.
