Need Help Deleting Entire Salesforce Lab 3A – Duplicate Username Issue

I am trying to complete Lab 3A, but I ran into a problem, and I think I need to restart the entire lab from the beginning. For me, it said "Error: Duplicate Username. The username already exists in this or another Salesforce organization.”I had an error earlier in the lab as well, which is why I want to completely delete my current Salesforce setup for Lab 3A and start fresh. How do I delete it? Or is there another way to fix it?
