Didn't recieve emails about leads step 129

I have the real emails plugged in for the correct leads(quadruple checked).The gmail account im using is a new one I created for this class and hasn't been a probem yet and is verified on salesforce but I checked my spam and administrative settings to be sure and I can still recieve other emails from salesforce. I checked the active box for assigning incoming leads from Riley to me and went back to make sure each followed the correct rules and requierements. If there is any insight on what I am still missing it would be much appreciated

Ok, do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?


  1. Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings

  2. On the left, under My Personal  Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that

  3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save


Then I will need your Salesforce Org ID so I can find your account:


  1. Click the little gear at the top right and then select Setup.

  2. On the lefthand menu go to Company Settings and under that, click Company Information. 

  3. In the middle panel, look down in the right column for your Salesforce.com Organization ID and copy/paste that long string of numbers & letters and email it to me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com
