In 30-52, you're creating an email template named "alert Riley about a new Bay Area lead". Then in 53-61, you clone that template to make a new one named "alert Riley about a new distant lead". Then in 62-70, you clone that one to make a new one named "my template for alerting myself about a new lead".
Sounds like you missed some of those steps or messed them up. Use Steps 30-32 to get back to your templates and make sure you have all 3 there - repeat whatever steps to get the 3 there so you can 85.
