Why can't find step 103 Leads tab?

Try following these steps:
1. Go to Setup
2. Search for "App Manager"
3. From the list of App Names, find "Marketing" and click on the arrow for it on the far right then click Edit
4. In the Available Tabs list, look for Leads. Once you find it, click on it then click on the Add arrow button
5. Click on Save
