Start Over
I did all the steps for lab 3a but for some reason got 0 points for 2 & 3. I'm trying to start over, but a lot of steps would say I already created a file already. How can I delete my previous work so I can start all over again?

Yeah, you can't really start over in the same account because you would have to undo everything you did already - you can't just delete it all. The best thing to do is to get a brand new account, just like you did in Lab 1a, but you don't have to redo everything - you can just start with Step 1 of Lab 3a and go from there. But you will need to install the grader app again in the new account, of course.
When you make a new account, you'll need to use a new username since the old one will still be on the old account. In SF, usernames can be anything that LOOKS like an email address, even if it is not a valid, working address. For example, hippo@suitcase.sauce would work (assuming someone hasn't already chosen it).
