I assume you already tried the "forgot my password" option and that didn't help? If not, then try that but if so, yes those reset pw emails sometimes get blocked by your service provide. If that's the case, you'll need to abandon that account and get a brand new one. But you won't have to redo much in order to restart Lab 3a.
