I see a lot of people showing that they have no contact name option at all. I have the name but no field. What happened?

I see a lot of people showing that they have no contact name option at all. I have the name but no field. What happened?
yeah, that is a weird issue. That’s been popping up for a few students here and there, either with it not showing at all, or not showing the drop-down. It seems like most of them have fixed it by using a new browser, or by clearing the cache of their browser, closing it, and reopening it again. Eventually, they seem to get it to work. Can you give that a try and let me know? Thanks!
