I created (Mtg-01 to Mtg-03) by mistake and I deleted one. t Meeting IDs shows missing Mtg-04 and extra Mtg-14. Is it able to be fixed?

You can't fix that easily but it's ok. You can continue with 2b just wherever it says something about Mtg-07, for you it will be Mgt-08, etc. ok? The rest will be fine. Just always add one to the Mtg ID in your mind when you are interpreting the instructions.
