LAB 2B Step 20
It says 10 records processed, 10 records failed and in the email confirmation of the upload says the
records are invalid. I don't understand why such thing would happen and I don't know how to fix it.
thanks.

Data Fright II: Like Deja Vu All Over Again
Right, you can't change the ID's of Pitch records in Salesforce once they have been assigned. What I'm saying is that you open the .csv file that you downloaded that contain the Meeting records to be imported. Open in Excel or whatever and you'll see a column that shows the Pitch ID for each row - that's the Pitch record that that Meeting record is supposed to go with. You can change those to match the IDs of the existing Pitch records in Salesforce. Then they can be imported properly and match up with the Pitch records you already have. BUT in Excel, when you save the file, be sure to save it as a .csv file again or you won't be able to import it into SF.
