stuck on step 20
I am at step #13 in Max lab 2b and it will not import contact name and enthusiasm at step #20 it does say records processed 10, and records failed 0, however, contact name and enthusiasm is not there is shows unmapped, how can this be fixed?

Yeah, computers can be very frustrating because they are so picky - you have to do everything exactly right or they don't work, unfortunately.
Ok, do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look and see if I can fix it for you. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
