I did steps 1-12 but I saw I had 2 meetings . I went back deleted one and now when I try to follow the steps again there is no Meetings tab. I have until April 3rd to hand in the rest of these things in.

Yes, in the steps before 78, you are creating the Meeting Attendance object and you continue in Meeting Attendance in Steps 78-86 where you are adding fields to it.
