Yeah that means there's a column header in the Excel file named Enthusiasm but there's no Enthusiasm field in the Meeting object for the data to go in. In lab 2a, either you skipped the step where you were supposed to add the Enthusiasm field to Meeting (Step 79) or you misspelled it so it doesn't match or you clicked through the Next, Next steps so fast the field didn't get set to be useable.
Go to Setup > Object Manager > Meeting > Fields & Relationships and then if Enthusiasm is there then delete it and click New to recreate it using 2a, Step 79. Or if it's not there at all, just click New and create it using Step 79 but remember to click Next, Next... slowly enough to let the pages execute their code and make the field useable.
