I just tried searching for an account under the name "Zi Guo" and that account has not granted me access. Do you have another account under a different name?
To get the right account, I will need your Salesforce Org ID so pleasedo these 3 steps now:
Click the little gear at the top right and then select Setup.
On the lefthand menu go to Company Settings and under that, click Company Information.
In the middle panel, look down in the right column for your Salesforce.com Organization ID and copy/paste that long string of numbers & letters and email it to me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com
